We track affiliate link clicks internally via Pretty Links to understand which product content is most useful to readers. This records which link was clicked and when — it contains no personally identifiable information.
Data Retention
How long we keep each type of data- Email subscribers — until you unsubscribe. Removed from active lists within 30 days of unsubscribing
- Contact form submissions — up to 12 months, then permanently deleted
- Google Analytics data — 14 months per our configuration, then auto-deleted by Google
- Server logs — 30–90 days by our hosting provider, then automatically purged
- Article comments — retained indefinitely unless you request deletion or we remove them
Security
